There's quite a stir going on regarding Google's "filtering" (read censoring) of content in China. The official Google blog has a post regarding it's decision to offer Google in China, albeit a limited fashion.

I'm not sure I've formulated a solid opinion on this subject. As a one fully behind the capitalist system I'm all for a company moving into emerging markets, especialy one as lucrative as China. However, Google seems to have lost some of it's commitment to the "don't be evil" mantra by submitting to the communist government's demands to filter out content from it's searches.
